Great Value
This Ds lite starter kit comes with everthing you could possibly need except Nerf armour and games. For $20 it’s a great value.
The compact, yet functional size of the case (approx. 6 x 3.75 x 1.5) allows me to drop it in my purse and have my DS Lite on hand at all times for any unexpected down-time…ex. waiting around while having your car serviced. The cobalt blue color makes it stylish and I have found the case to be very durable and well made.
I like the idea of the individual game holders and although the kit comes with four of them, there is room to fit 6 games in the case along with the headphones. This might be a tight fit for some, but again, I’m not wanting to accomodate a carry-on sized bag just to carry around my DS.
The extras that come with the starter kit are “nice to haves”. The stand charger has a really cool blue glowing light when plugged in and is not at all flimsy. I would highly recommend this starter kit for Adult DS Lite owners such as myself.
I have used almost all the pieces in the set and have really enjoyed being able to use them. Especially the car charger.
